I feel that music is SO important in my workouts.  For long swims and runs it gives my brain a chance to zone out.  In my interval classes, it’s fun to choreograph to and get the class pumped up.  Whatever the exercise, music can make it fun, and I’ve said before; “If your workouts aren’t fun, your just working out”! LOL!

I have had a couple of requests to list my playlists from class.  So here you go.  Enjoy!!  This playlist is what will be playing this week in my Interval Classes at the YMCA.
